Yesterday despite my forboding feelings went well.
It was today that was crappy.
Found out that 80% of all the transactions run by all my bank's branches in the COUNTRY did not post to customers accounts. Which means deposits did not post, withdrawls and debits did not post. Nothing posted. God that was a mess to explain to people and I still got yelled at about 5 or 6 times by irate customers.
I wonder how many customers we will lose to other banks over this.
